Due to the nature of our specially crafted aquarium systems and growing demand, our stock status is always changing. While we strive to have each item in-stock and available to ship within 3-10 business days, this does vary based on availability, freight delays and other factors outside of our control.
In-stock aquarium systems, equipment and accessories typically ship in 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed.
Backordered aquarium systems, equipment and accessories typically ship within six weeks from the date the order was placed.
If your order is not in-stock and shipping within 7-10 business days our customer service team will reach out to you with an expected shipping date within three business days.

Change of Shipping Address
Fee will be incurred on customer if customer requests a change of address after shipment has been picked up by shipping carrier(s). The fee is to pay the shipping carrier to provide service of change of address.

We ship these aquariums less than truckload shipping or less than load (LTL). Transit times for LTL shipments vary between 3-8 business days from the day of pickup. $175 Additional Freight Cost with Inside Delivery
Inside your garage only (will not bring in house). All large-size aquarium are eligible for upgrade to inside delivery. This offer is only available in the contiguous 48 states.
Please adhere to the following instructions upon receiving your Fiji Cube shipment:

CHECK FOR DAMAGES: Large aquariums will ship via freight. Once the freight carrier arrives, you MUST inspect and note all damage to the shipment (including the pallet, crate, boxes and items) on the delivery paperwork prior to the driver leaving your home/business. Do not sign for the shipment until you have thoroughly inspected for damages. Without proper notation that the shipment arrived damaged, the freight carrier will not take responsibility for the damages caused to your shipment. This could result in denial of your Damage Claim and leave you liable for replacement costs.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY: We advise to accept all deliveries.Even if there is visible damage to the pallet, crate or boxes – accept the delivery and note all damages on the delivery paperwork. Once you have fully inspected the items and assessed actual damages, please submit a Claim Form. This is the fastest and most way for us to address shipping damages and get replacement parts sent out to you. Refusal of delivery will result in you being charged for the cost of the shipment being returned to us.

REDELIVERY & DELAYS: Fiji Cube is not the freight carrier. We contract directly with the freight companies. Fiji Cube is not responsible for delays in transit, delivery or missed appointments. If you miss your appointment and the freight carrier must redeliver your shipment, you will be charged a redelivery fee.
Inspection:
- Carefully open the crate lid and side packaging panels. Be very cautious not to scratch the display glass with the nails in the lid.
- Fully inspect all panels of the glass cracks, chips, or other damage while the glass tanks are still on the pallet/crate base. Failure to prove damage products on pallet/crate base will result in claim denial as we cannot determine if the product damage was caused prior to the product handling at your possession.
- Unbox the cabinet and hardware to ensure all panels and parts are included and in good condition.
- After a full inspection, you can now begin moving the tank and assembly the product(s).
NOTE: When lifting and moving your aquarium, remove all jewelry or metal that could scratch the glass. Please ensure that you have sufficient help available to move your aquarium once it arrives.
CLAIM DAMAGES: All damages and defects must be reported to our Claims Department within 24 hours of receiving your shipment or your claim will be denied. To submit a claim, please send an email to info@fijicube.com. Fiji Cube will NOT honor damage or defective claims once the product has been assembled and the aquarium has been taken off the original shipping pallet base.
